MASTER DESIGN
HEAD of the HOUSE INTERIORS is a full-service Atlanta-based interior design team that specializes in elevating the essence of you or your brand into custom-tailored residential and commercial spaces. We have a simple 4-Phase process, which allows our clients to sit back over the course of their project and trust our team to execute, while still maintaining approvals on overall budget and style.
PHASE 1 : INITIAL CONSULTATION
Here we align your space with your needs. This includes:
- Review your space and its potential
- Help clarify your style preferences
- Design process overview
- Site measurement
- Meet face-to-face to for a designer/client chemistry check
- Review tips for optimizing your Designer value
PHASE 2 : DESIGN PRESENTATION
During the design phase, we design within our client's budget and translate the findings from our consultation into a full design. This process, lasting several weeks, produces a full personalized design plan for client space, complete with a digital presentation, inspired by the client. This design presentation will include:
- Loose 3D, computer rendering concepts for selected rooms. Renderings will not be photorealistic. Yet, they are provided to give you an idea of spatial relationships, scale, proportion and finishes.
- Material Samples
- Comprehensive Budget Spreadsheet
PHASE 3: PURCHASING AND CONSTRUCTION
The purchasing and installation phase of the project begins and the vision starts to become a reality. The furnishings are being made, ordered, and delivered over the coming weeks or months. If client is renovating or building a new home, this is where construction is taking place.
PHASE 4: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We meet with contractors to review design plan, manage contractors timeline, budget and execution of design. Manage ordering and schedule delivery of items .
PHASE 5: INSTALLATION
As the larger aspects of your project are installed, the final phase of Master Design is completing the space with the finishing details, such as artwork, area rugs, lighting, decor accents, pillows, window treatments, etc. The client's dream space manifested, where client can now feel, touch, be inspired and fall in love every day as the client's space is now what the client always wanted it to be.
