CHANEL GAINES

 PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DESIGNER 

Chanel has over twenty years of experience in interior design. She holds a Business Degree from Cleveland State University and has a background of corporate management. Chanel has extensive knowledge in textiles, and product customization. 

Chanel love for interior design was sparked in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. At the age of 16, her grandmother gifted her a room makeover. Her style is minimalistic with a focus on balancing textures and ensuring the function is at the forefront of each project. Her philosophy is design in the details, every environment should leave the client feeling that their vision has not only been executed but elevated.

Monique’s love for interior design developed as a child growing up in the Washington, DC area, while visiting upscale homes with elaborate architecture and lavish interiors. Her design aesthetic is creating environments with luxurious layers and architectural details for a timeless look. In her free time, Monique loves to spend time with her daughter and enjoys traveling. 

Earning a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Delaware State University and certified in Interior Design, Monique gained valuable experiences mastering her skills with the designers listed in the African American Top 20’s list located in Delaware.
